Business Strategy Development – Coaching

This service combines business coaching with collaborative research. Judy and the client work together to review issues and pursue agreed tasks during and between each session.
Approximately ten hours of time during the first two or three months to determine how US government opportunities fit with your business mission, plans and resources; the goals you wish to achieve in this market niche, critical success factors and specific action steps needed to achieve those goals.
After that, we work together through monthly (1 2 hours) phone coaching sessions supported by interim email and ad-hoc phone assistance, depending on your needs. The majority of hours will be incurred during the first two or three months, including development of written goals and plans. The following months will focus on goal achievement and accountability.
We begin by setting objectives for the term of the coaching arrangements. Topics for discussion may include but are not limited to:
- Assessment of the business development activities essential to achieving defined goals
- Web site issues and features to consider to optimize online presence for attracting government business
- How to close current opportunities
- Other resources (print, online, and people) that can help
- GSA Schedules, pricing strategies for negotiation, and issues concerning government business development
Cost:
- US$850 per month.
- Flexible terms negotiable for front-end or back-end loading of payments. Alternate payment schedule is specified, if necessary, in annex to the individual client agreement.
