Our Canadian client was in the business of repairing mass transit cars. My client – the lowest bidder – was wrongly disqualified. Each time I talked to Judy, I went back to the transit authority and had a further conversation about how the competition had been improper and why they needed to re-compete the project.

Finally they re-bid the contract. Our client was awarded the contract - worth over a million dollars – that led to many more.
